We moved to Southfields six years ago. Required a taxi to Heathrow airport and no other local forms could assist. Saeed from Personal Cars responded immediately and confirmed booking. As soon as we met Saeed, we both had a good instinctive feeling about him. He is professional, polite and kind. He is calm in his driving which put us immediately at ease (same will all his team). Neither of us enjoy someone who is on and the off the pedals and have not once suffered any nausea, which we can be prone to.
Over the years Saeed and his team have, without fail, been on time if not early. Committed to both booked and last minute requests, the latter making me feel reassured that it didn’t matter where I was as a single female, they would be there for me day and night. We now won’t have anyone else drive for us and their number is a fixture in my contacts list.
If you find reading all these reviews, find that Personal Cars is too good to be true… it isn’t. They are excellent and that is the simply truth. It is wonderful to feel like a valued customer by such a great team that does exist… and the best thing is they are in my locality. RECOMMEND for all your family.

I want to say thank you to Personal Cars and especially the driver Saeed for the service provided from a funeral service in Battersea to Vauxhall with 3 adults, a small baby, a pushchair and luggage. The phone booking was easy and the taxi controller was helpful and professional. Saeed was kindness and helpfulness personified. Myself and family members would like to thank Personalcars UK and particularly the driver Saeed for making our time during a visit to London recently. We got to St. Pancras from Paris then to hotel without hassles. It was clearly a professional services delivered and excellent attitude by the driver (Saeed). All communications/ bookings were immediately attended and responded. While there was completely zero waiting time as the driver always punctual and being very friendly & helpful. We have used Personal Cars on a few occasions now for airport transfers. The service is excellent with the drivers being very punctual in fact often 5 -10 minutes early so we were not stressed whether they were going to turn up on time. Also the pick ups from the airport were both punctual and reliable. I cannot stress how reassuring this is having been let down by another Wandsworth cab company at 3am at Gatwick on a previous occasion.

The drivers are very friendly and polite and as a female passenger I felt very safe.

I highly recommend this cab company and will definitely use them again in the future.

We had a situation with an employee in hospital in London who needed to return to Norfolk. I contacted Saeed who agreed to help, quoted me a fair price and when he was finally discharged took him at extremely short notice all the way home; 3.5 hours and 7 hrs in total. He could not have been more professional or friendly. Thank you Saeed for making an extremely difficult situation, easy.
